We’ve been a dedicated dealer of Dynasty Spas for 16 years and we still love their products! We introduced Caldera Spas into our showroom in 2008 and have found them to be a wonderful company to deal with. They’ve been around a long time and we hope to maintain a long lasting relationship with them also. Caldera has a list of achievements to their name, but most prominent is that their Martinique® Spa has been selected as a Consumers Digest Best Buy, which is quite an accomplishment! Our customers really support us and we really appreciate it! These past years we’ve seen more repeat customers than ever. The greatest compliment we can receive is repeat business. As times have changed in the past two decades, so have spas - greatly. One thing that we have come to see is that as our customers keep coming back. Some have moved to new homes and have had us move their spas with them, while others have purchased new spas for their new homes. Regardless of the reason, we’re proud to say that we have been able to keep these customers happy and they trust and believe that we will do what is right for them time and again.

Because of these relationships that we have built, we have been able to succeed through some of the most difficult economic times that Long Island has gone through. We've succeeded, where larger retailers and "fly-by-night" businesses have failed. We must acknowledge and thank our loyal customers that have followed us from our previous location in Bellmore, to our new and much larger location in Farmingdale, as well as those customers who are constantly referring their friends and family to us. We’re celebrating our 22nd Anniversary this year and although some things are changing some things will always remain the same! Our philosophy has always been to educate our customers on every aspect of the hot tub or spa they are looking to purchase. We have always felt that if you don't know how a spa is built, or understand the reason why a manufacturer may or may not choose to use full foam insulation or a manifold plumbing system, for example, that you can't possibly make an educated decision. Without this knowledge, it's very easy to purchase the wrong spa for your needs! We are very firm in the belief that the spa you purchase should be more than you expected and never a disappointment.
